All plans include one annual maintenance inspection, reduced emergency fees pricing, up to a 15% discount on sister company services, and a free water analysis on request. Platinum and Gold plans include no-charge diagnostic tests and repair labor during normal operating hours (Mon – Fri 8 am – 4 pm), while the Customer Assurance Plan receives a 15% discount on the same. Platinum plan customers also benefit from no-charge parts replacement as listed in the agreement, while Gold plan customers have a 15% discount on these parts.
